The system streamlines the process of creating high-quality, SEO-compliant marketing content. It receives topic ideas or URLs from a Telegram bot, uses AI to generate full-length articles from the input, and automatically formats and schedules platform-specific versions for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and email campaigns.
By automating ideation, draft generation, adaptation, image creation, and publishing, the system allows marketers to focus on creative decision-making while maintaining quality and SEO consistency across all platforms.
Problem
Traditional content workflows at marketing agencies involve multiple manual steps—topic brainstorming, draft writing, editing for SEO, adapting tone for different platforms, and manually posting or scheduling content. This process is slow, error-prone, and inconsistent in tone and structure across channels. The lack of integration between tools (Google Docs, Airtable, scheduling dashboards, and publishing APIs) often leads to duplicated efforts and delays.
Solution
- Smart Input Handling via Telegram Bot: Accepts both topic ideas and URLs, automatically classifying each input type with AI to determine the appropriate process path.
- Automated Article Generation: Generates three distinct, SEO-optimized article drafts (2,000+ words each) using OpenAI. Each draft has a unique angle to suit different audience interests.
- SEO and Structural Consistency: Enforces consistent SEO rules—keyword in title and opening paragraph, H2/H3 hierarchy, 700–800-word sections, and scannable format.
- Automated Content Storage: Saves each generated draft to Google Docs and logs corresponding metadata (angle, review status, and selection) in Airtable.
- Draft Selection Workflow: Presents preview links through Telegram for easy review; upon selection, unchosen drafts are saved as backups in Airtable for later use.
- Platform Adaptation: Converts the selected draft into platform-ready formats:
- LinkedIn – professional storytelling tone.
- **X (Twitter)—**concise (<280 characters), with hooks and hashtags.
- Email – conversational format with subject line optimization.
- Error Handling: Built-in fallback logic for failed URL fetches, tweet character overflow, ambiguous inputs, and failed API calls (with retry automation).
